This class has been specially designed to help your child channel their boundless energy and reach developmental milestones in a structured environment. Students will learn to train independently from their parent and learn introductory acro body shapes, tricks, and develop kinesthetic awareness.

Ages 5-6; Unassisted
This class helps kids perfect their basic cartwheels, rolls, and handstands, and step into flexibility and strength training. Students will learn developmental tricks to set up their training foundation, plus body positions, jumps, and motor skills development items.

ACRO 101
Ages 6-13
ACRO 101 is an excellent addition to any child’s healthy lifestyle. It’s a high intensity, NON-competitive sport, burning calories and helping to gain muscle tone, flexibility and balance. Health wise, there is almost no better sport for a developing child to take part in. The skills and developmental advances gained from doing gymnastics – even recreationally – will benefit them in any other sports they take part in, as well as in social situations and with discipline around schoolwork, etc.

Junior
Ages 6+
3+ years of gymnastics experience
This is an all female class that focuses more on stretch and skill training. In this level the girls are introduced to ballet, dance technique, and acrobatics. They learn skills such as standing bridges, walk-overs, aerials, back hand-springs, etc. The girls begin longer training sessions and get ready for festival and recital performances.

Intermediate
Ages 6+
3+ years of gymnastics experience
This is an all female class that focuses on technique, artistry, ballet, and loads of acrobatic elements. The girls will be learning floor work tricks, jumps, aerials, back-handsprings, and many connecting elements. They will demonstrate their progress at festivals and recital performances.

Advanced
Ages 8+
3+ years of gymnastics experience
The advanced level is offered to only girls. This level focuses on technique, ballet, dance, acrobatics, and rhythm. All of the advanced skill-work that the girls learn are then choreographed into a dance and the girls show case their progress at festivals and recital performances. Some will be able to attend acrobatic dance competitions.
